Because every print is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for size or finish choices.

 

If something is wrong: if your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the item you ordered, email robin@pickyourposse.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the print and its packaging. We will reprint it or refund you at no cost. You keep the print.

 

Lost or delayed: if your tracking shows no delivery after 10 business days, email us and we will investigate and reship or refund.

 

Cancellations: you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Once production starts, an order cannot be canceled.

 

Refunds: refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Colors: our prints are black and white and may vary slightly by screen and paper. This is not a defect.
