This policy explains what Pick Your Posse collects when you visit or order from pickyourposse.com, and how we use it.

What we collect: the details you give us when you order or contact us (your name, email, shipping address, and order details), and basic site usage data collected through Wix Analytics.

How we use it: to make and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, answer your questions, and understand how the site is used.

Who we share it with: only what is needed to fill your order - our website host (Wix), payment processor, shipping carriers, and the production and fulfillment partners who make and ship your order (they receive your name, shipping address, and the image file ordered). Payments are handled by Wix Payments. We do not sell your personal information.

Photos you send us: photos you send for a custom print are used only to make your order and are not shown publicly without your permission.

Cookies: the site uses cookies and similar tools from Wix for things like the shopping cart, security, and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart may not work.

Your choices: you can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing robin@pickyourposse.com.

Retention: we keep order records as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle support, and meet legal and tax requirements. Photos are deleted after your order is complete unless you ask us to keep them.

Children: this site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes: if we change this policy, we will update the date above.
